Courtni was born in and raised in Texas City, TX. After graduating from Texas City High School, she attended the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston and earned a Certificate in Dental Hygiene in 2002. She returned to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2010. Courtni attended the University of Texas School of Dentistry, earning her D.D.S. degree.
Dr Tello is passionate about continuing education, and is working toward her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. She also enjoys guest lecturing at UTMB on Oral and Systemic Healthcare. In addition to her role as a dentist in her community, she volunteers her time at a dental clinic for low income families. Additionally, she is involved in the Boys Scouts of America as a Den Leader, Committee member, and Assistant Scout Master.
When not in the office, Courtni enjoys spending time with her husband, Fernando, and her two sons, Trey and Sam. She also loves gardening and outdoor activities with the boys.

When Dr. Alexandria Garza was growing up in South Texas, she spent many years going to dentist appointments both in Texas and Mexico. This sparked an intrigue that would lead to a career, and brought with it a recognition of the lack of access to dental care in some Texas communities. This experience helped form her professional mission to bring good, ethical, and compassionate dental care to her patients.
After completing high school at the top of her class, she attended Rice University and graduated in 2010 with a degree in Biological Science. In 2014, she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery at UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry. She has been practicing as a general family dentist in the Galveston county area since then.
In her free time, Dr. Garza volunteers with her church teaching faith formation to elementary school aged children. She and her wonderful husband also love to travel to new places where they can hike and are always on the hunt for the best new restaurants in the area! She loves a good Mexican dish!
Dr. Garza knows it is a privilege to serve this community, and hopes to see you in the office soon to get the chance to help you smile!
